SHIPPING POLICY
We at Padma Seat want to make your online shopping experience as seamless as possible and make sure there are no surprises with your experience.

We use tracked and not-tracked shipping services : UPS, DHL, EMS services

SHIPPING RATES
We use tracked and not-tracked shipping services. Shipping is free to all 50 US states, US territories and Indonesia. We also offer free international shipping on all orders above USD 100.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should we foresee a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Any shipment to Indonesia and the USA includes all duties and taxes. International shipments are subject to customs duties and taxes as per DDU shipping policy.

DAMAGES
Padma Seat is not liable for any damaged or lost shipments. On delivery you should carefully inspect the package and refuse it if it shows any signs of damage. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS
Padma Padma Seat does not accept returns of merchandise, unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. All our products are examined and inspected before shipping to our clients. In the case that you may receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. The defective product must be returned to us within 14 days after your initial order was received, together with the invoice. Any defective items will then be repaired, replaced, or credited towards your next order.

Bought the wrong size Padma Seat? If the Padma Seat you purchased turns out to be the wrong size we will replace it with a Padma Seat of another size of your choice, free of charge. All you have to do is inform us in advance via email at info@padmaseat.com and return the Padma Seat you purchased to our nearest distribution center, at your own expense.
