ORDER PROCESSING
A 50% deposit must be made based on the total of the order’s value. Upon receiving this payment, your order will be processed and production will be initiated. The balance is to be paid upon the completion of production, and once your payment is received and confirmed, your order will be promptly shipped to your desired location. We will provide you with a time estimate on your order status and will always keep you updated along the process.

SHIPPING
Depending on your location and requests, shipping will be completed by air cargo or by express courier. As soon as we receive your order we will make a quotation for the shipping costs that will be added to the balance payment of your order. We will not process the order without your confirmation. Goods will be shipped when the complete payment has been finalized.
Padma Seat is not responsible for any customs or import fees. This is up to the destination country and cannot be controlled by Padma Seat. Customers must pay any possible fees for the entrance of their goods into their territory.
WARRANTY
We offer a 30-day Limited Warranty. Our Warranty covers only manufacturing defects, which excludes deterioration.
